    This bracelet consists of a double-strand of gold beads with a clasp. The name "Mumbet" is engraved on the clasp. The bracelet was made by Catharine Maria Sedgwick from a necklace belonging to Elizabeth Freeman ("Mumbet"). A miniature portrait of Mumbet at the MHS shows her wearing the necklace.
